Forxample Partner Program Terms & Conditions

Who can apply

The Forxample Partner Program is open to individuals and businesses worldwide who meet the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have a legitimate platform, audience, or network relevant to Forxample's target market.
• You agree to these terms in full at the time of signup.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Forxample employee.

Approval

Forxample reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at its sole discretion, with or without explanation. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your affiliate account. You may not share, transfer, or sell your affiliate account or tracking links to any third party.

Recurring commission

Forxample operates a lifetime recurring commission model. You earn a percentage of every payment made by a customer you referred, for as long as that customer remains a paying subscriber.

What qualifies

• Paid plan subscriptions only, including Startup and Small Business plans.
• Both monthly and annual billing cycles.
• Plan upgrades made by referred customers.
• Annual commissions are prorated over 3 months.

What does not qualify

• Free plan signups.
• Refunded or disputed payments.
• Self-referrals.
• Referrals via prohibited promotional methods.
• Referrals without a valid tracking link.

Tiers are calculated automatically based on total active paying customers referred. If customers cancel and your count drops below a threshold, your rate adjusts on future payments accordingly.

Referrals are tracked via a 30-day cookie. If a visitor clicks your link and signs up within 30 days, the referral is attributed to you. Last-click attribution applies.

Each affiliate receives a unique tracking link. You are responsible for using it correctly. Forxample is not responsible for commission lost due to incorrect link usage or cookie blocking by the end user's browser.

You may create personalised link slugs within the affiliate dashboard, subject to keyword restrictions. Slugs may not contain brand-impersonating terms.

Tracking disputes must be raised within 30 days of the expected conversion by contacting affiliates@forxample.com. Forxample's decision on tracking disputes is final.

All commissions are held for a 30-day approval period from the date the referred payment is received. Commissions auto-approve after this period if no refund or dispute has occurred.

• The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD.
• Payouts are processed on a NET-30 basis after the end of the calendar month in which commissions were approved.
• Supported payment methods are PayPal and Wise.
• All commissions are calculated and paid in USD.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Forxample is not liable for payments sent to incorrect accounts. Payment processor fees are the affiliate's responsibility.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes applicable to your affiliate earnings. You may be asked to provide tax documentation before payouts are processed.

Violation of any item below may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending and unpaid commissions.

Strictly prohibited

• Spam, including unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or DMs.
• Misleading or false claims about Forxample's features, pricing, or results.
• Promotion via adult, explicit, nudity-containing, hate speech, discriminatory, piracy, or illegal content.
• Cookie stuffing or artificial cookie triggering.
• Typosquatting or registering domains that imitate Forxample.
• Fake or fabricated reviews and testimonials.
• Paid search ads targeting Forxample or any variation without prior written approval.
• Malware, adware, or software installing without user consent.

Requires prior written approval

• Paid advertising on any platform.
• Coupon or deal aggregator websites.
• Cash-back or reward sites.
• Co-branded campaigns using Forxample brand assets.

You may refer to Forxample by name in honest, accurate promotional content.

• You may not use the Forxample logo or brand assets without written permission.
• You may not create link slugs that imply official affiliation, such as official, team, or admin terms.
• You may not represent yourself as an employee, founder, or official spokesperson.
• You may not register social media handles or pages implying official Forxample ownership.

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content. A statement such as "This contains an affiliate link - I earn a commission if you sign up" is sufficient and required by law in many jurisdictions.

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited, including referring your own account, using aliases to simulate referrals, referring businesses you own or control, or coordinating artificial referral exchanges.

Any attempt to manipulate the affiliate system, including fake signups, referral rings, or technical exploits, will result in immediate termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Forxample may investigate any affiliate account at any time. Payouts may be suspended during investigation. Commissions earned through fraud will be forfeited.

You may leave the program at any time by contacting partners@forxample.com. Approved commissions above the $50 threshold will be paid on the next scheduled payout. Commissions below the threshold are forfeited.

Forxample may terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Grounds include violation of these terms, fraud, reputational risk, inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months, or closure of the affiliate program.

If termination is for cause, all pending and unpaid commissions are forfeited. No payment will be made for commissions earned through prohibited methods, fraud, or self-referral.

• Forxample makes no guarantee of any specific level of earnings.
• Forxample may modify commission rates, payout terms, or any aspect of the program at any time.
• Changes apply to future commissions only.
• Forxample's total liability to any affiliate shall not exceed commissions paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forxample from claims arising from your promotional activities or violation of these terms.

Forxample may update these terms at any time. Active affiliates will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued participation constitutes acceptance. The current version is available on this page.

We aim to respond to all partner enquiries within 2 business days. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Forxample regarding the affiliate program. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
