You sign up, your site goes live, and you can post, publish, and share it right away. A few days before the trial ends we'll send you a reminder, and if you decide it isn't for you, you don't have to do anything; we won't bill you.

Your site goes offline until you pick a plan, visitors will see it's no longer active. Nothing is lost, though. Everything you've posted is still there, and the moment you subscribe your site comes straight back with all your pages and your same web address.

Yes, either direction, from your account. Upgrading takes effect immediately and we prorate the difference, so you only pay for the days you use. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you're paying for until it runs out.

No. You get a subdomain as soon as you sign up, something like yourbusiness.getlocal.expert or yourbusiness.getlocal.one, and your site is live on it right away, during the trial and after. Whether you can connect your own domain depends on which plan you're on; check the comparison table above for details. If your plan includes it, you can point a domain you already own at your site or buy one through us.

Each business gets its own plan, its own site, and its own web address, and you switch between them from one login. If it's one business with more than one location, that's different: locations are an add-on to a single plan rather than a separate one.

From your account, any time. No phone call, no retention conversation, no notice period. You keep access through the end of what you've already paid for, and we don't bill you again.
