If a payment fails, we notify you immediately, provide a short grace period, and may temporarily limit features until billing is resolved.
We'll notify you straight away so you can update your payment details. Your account stays active for a short grace period, but if the issue isn't resolved in time, some features may be temporarily limited until billing is sorted.
