There are 12 roles designed to give the right level of access to the right people:
Super Admin has full control over everything, features, users, billing, integrations, and settings, and can transfer brand ownership.
Brand Owner oversees the entire brand including content, products, SEO, monetisation, and billing.
Brand Manager handles brand content, products, pages, and automation activities.
Content Manager creates and manages posts, blogs, pages, and media.
Product Manager looks after product listings, updates, and related monetisation settings.
Sales Manager manages leads, CRM activity, and sales-related automation.
SEO Manager handles SEO settings, optimisation, and tracking performance.
App Integrations connects and manages third-party apps and platform integrations.
Billing Admin handles payments, subscriptions, and financial management.
Viewer/Analyst has view-only access to brand resources, analytics, and reports.
Automation Manager manages automation workflows and performance tracking.
Website Manager manages website structure, domains, pages, and content layout.
