Each log records when an action happened, who performed it, what was affected, and technical context like IP, browser, and device.
Each entry shows the date and time the action was taken, the user who performed it, the resource that was affected, the type of action, such as Create, Delete, or Update, a brief description of what happened, the IP address it was done from, and the browser and device used.
